Spicy Chicken Breasts
4 ea Chicken breasts
2 ts. 2 ts.
2 TB Ground cumin
2 tb Paprika
2 tb brown sugar
1 ts Curry Powder1
1 ts salt
1/2 ts5 spice powder
1 tb Dijon mustard
1 tb. 1 tb.
1 tb. Vegetable
2 cloves garlic minced
Dry the chicken breasts. Combine all ingredients to make a rub. Rub both sides of chicken breasts with the rub. Heat barbecue. To oil the grill, 2 tablespoons of olive oil suffice. Grill the chicken breasts skin side down. The breasts should be cooked for about 10-12 minutes on medium heat, until they are done. If you heat the coating too much, it can cause it to burn. If you heat the coating too low, it will take longer to cook.
